Caregivers can often feel like they fell into a black hole in some foreign universe. When that feeling is prolonged over time, caregivers develop their own undesirable health issues. In this video, the caregiver’s health impact for elevated stress, anxiety and depression is closely examined and how the impacts can be reduced.
